The schedule for the new season 2010 is now posted online. Please take careful note of the special schedule from 20 August to 5 September (see first item on the NEWS) due to some important events. We recommend that you check our website from time to time.  Kids' dance classes will officially start on 8 September, but Kids fitness classes begin on 23 August, Monday.  Registration for the Kids dance classes is going on now.  You may reserve your post now to ensure a place. Thank you for your attention and cooperation.  We are making every effort to serve you better and offer high-quality and low-cost classes at the most convenient time.

Shabba-Doo "Original Style Master Workshop"

Street-dance legend and Hollywood actor, Shabba-Doo is conducting a 2-day workshop on Waackin (Shway) and Soul-Locking 5.0 on September 11 & 12, 5- 8 pm at SDI Espoo.  Shabba-Doo is well known for his iconic role as "Ozone" in the blockbuster movie "Breakin" (1 & 2).  The workshop is open to all.  Limited engagement. Claire Keane returns to Finland to hold a series of workshops (intermediate and championship level.)  Her classes this time are concentrated on slip jig and hornpipe steps.

Championship level: Sat 28.8. Time: 17.00-18.30, Sun 29.8. Time 12.00-13.30.

Intermediate level: Sat 28.8. Time:19.00-20.00, Sun 29.8. Time:14.00-15.30.

Prices: 60e/ 1 level, 110e / 2 levels (payment made by 15.7.) or 70e/ 1 level, 120e / 2 levels (payment made after 15.7.)

Limited space. First-come-first-served basis.

There will also be a series of extra private training for a limited group (max 5 persons).  The cost is 25e / hour per person for workshop participants.  The classes are ideal for those who are aiming for higher-level competitions particularly focused on individual technique improvement and learning new steps.  Classes will be held between Sunday 29.8. and Monday 30.8.

If you are interested to participate in competitions officially organized by the Commission, this is a program which will enable you to do so under Claire Keane's coaching.  This is your opportunity to the World Championships!!!

SDI Prime is a new versatile street-style crew in Espoo, the first Style Dance Industry competing team, composed of a new breed of dancers who are not afraid to take their dance hobby to a higher level.  SDI Prime is looking for new members.
